On October 23, 2020, the team of our scientists (Paulina Bierwagen MSc, Dr. Kamil Szpotkowski, Prof. Dr. hab. Mariusz Jaskólski and Dr. Anna Urbanowicz) received Prof. Kazimierz Bassalik’s Prize for the best microbiological research paper published in 2019 – Borrelia outer surface protein C is capable of human fibrinogen binding (https://doi.org/10.1111/febs.14810).
