We are proud to announce that on December 2, 2024, a publication co-authored by members of the RNApolis team, led by Prof. Marta Szachniuk, appeared in the prestigious journal Nature Methods (2023 Impact Factor: 36.1; 5-year IF: 45.6). The authors include both former and current employees of the IBCH PAS: Prof. Ryszard Adamiak, Maciej Antczak, PhD, Paweł Boiński, PhD, Łukasz Popenda, PhD, Mariusz Popenda, PhD, Joanna Sarzyńska, PhD, and Prof. Marta Szachniuk.

The article presents methods for predicting 3D RNA structures used within the RNA-Puzzles initiative, as well as the results of RNA-Puzzles competitions, in which participants computationally predicted 23 new RNA structures. The full text of the article is available at the following link:
