We are pleased to announce that in December 2024, a review article by a team of scientists from the Laboratory of Mass Spectrometry at IBCH PAS—Daniel Fochtman, MSc Eng., Łukasz Marczak, PhD, and Anna Wojakowska, PhD DSc Eng.—was published in the prestigious Journal of Extracellular Vesicles (IF 15.5).

The publication, titled Challenges of MS-based small extracellular vesicles proteomics, focuses on presenting the current challenges in precise proteomic profiling of small extracellular vesicles. The conclusions drawn in the article may contribute to the future development of non-invasive methods for identifying protein biomarkers of various diseases.
