Success of an IBCH PAS researcher at the British Meiosis Meeting 2025

Maja Szymańska-Lejman, an assistant professor at the Department of Plant Genomics, participated in the 15th edition of the British Meiosis Meeting, which took place in Liverpool on March 26-27, 2025. During the event, she presented the results of her research on precise targeting of meiotic recombination in plants. Her presentation was highly appreciated, earning her the award for Best Presentation.

Selected for the Best Oral Presentation Prize at the XVth British Meiosis Meeting held in Liverpool in March 2025. Organising committee represented by Dr Urszula McClurg, University of Liverpool.
