The 19th edition of an International Workshop on Plant Membrane Biology took place this year in Taiwan, Taipei. We are pleased to announce that one of its laureate was MSc Tomasz Jamruszka, a PhD student from the Department of Plant Molecular Physiology. He was honored with the main prize of the conference for the best presentation of a poster entitled “Functional characterisation of a Medicago truncatula ABC transporter negatively regulating lateral root density and nodule number”. The work of Mr. Tomasz was selected among nearly one hundred participants of the poster sessions.
