We are pleased to announce that the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences has successfully completed the renewal process of the “HR Excellence in Research” distinction awarded by the European Commission as part of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R).

After a positive evaluation of the application, the EURAXESS expert team confirmed that the IBCH PAS activities in human resources management align with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. In particular, the thorough analysis of current practices and the ambitious and comprehensive plan of action for the future were appreciated.

As a result, the Institute is entitled to continue using the “HR Excellence in Research” logo for another three years, until the next evaluation and review of the strategy.

The Institute has continuously held the “HR Excellence in Research” distinction since 2016. This distinction confirms that ICHB PAN constantly strives to provide researchers with a supportive and development-oriented working environment at every career stage.
