On September 29, at the Staszic Palace in Warsaw, a seminar entitled “Artificial intelligence in agriculture and biotechnology” will take place. Its aim is to engage in a scientific discussion on whether artificial intelligence offers an opportunity for the development of modern agriculture. The event will also address issues related to the practical application of AI, as well as the benefits and risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence in agriculture and biotechnology.

The seminar is organized by the Committee of Agronomic Sciences PAS and the Committee of Biotechnology PAS. Among the speakers will be, among others, Barbara Uszczyńska-Ratajczak, PhD, DSc, Assoc. Prof.,Head of the Department of Computational Biology of Non-coding RNA at our Institute.
