On 2 December 2025, the reporting and election meeting of the Poznań Branch of the Polish Biochemical Society was held at the IBCH PAS Centre for Innovation and Social Education. The Board for the 2022–2025 term was granted discharge, and a new Branch Board for the 2026–2029 term was elected, composed of:

• Michał Rurek, PhD, DSc, Assoc. Prof. (Faculty of Biology, AMU) – Secretary,
• Joanna Perła-Kaján, PhD, DSc, Assoc. Prof. (Poznań University of Life Sciences),
• Prof. Błażej Rubiś (Poznań University of Medical Sciences),
• Maciej Łałowski, PhD, DSc, Assoc. Prof. (Faculty of Biology, AMU),
• Anna Kurzyńska-Kokorniak, PhD, DSc, Assoc. Prof. (IBCH PAS),
• Paweł Świtoński, PhD (IBCH PAS).

A Revision Committee was also elected, composed of:

• Małgorzata Pietrowska-Borek, PhD, DSc, Assoc. Prof. (Poznań University of Life Sciences) – Chair,
• Robert Kleszcz, PhD, DSc (Poznań University of Medical Sciences),
• Prof. Tomasz Pawłowski (Institute of Dendrology, PAS).
