We would like to inform that on February 6, 2023, the Scientific Board of IBCH PAS awarded the postdoctoral degree of habilitated doctor of natural sciences in the discipline of biological sciences to Dr. Agata Tyczewska. The title of her habilitation thesis is: “Molecular responses of crop plants to environmental stress conditions in a temperate climate on the example of maize (Zea mays) and herbicide stress and soybean (Glycine max L.) and cold stress”.

Dr. Agata Tyczewska is the head of the Laboratory of Animal Model Organisms, GMM and GMO Inspector at IBCH PAS and the deputy editor-in-chief of the “BioTechnologia” journal quarterly published by the Institute. She is also interested in the problems of sustainable agriculture and the social and legal aspects of biotechnology.
