The year 2024 was exceptionally successful for the RNA Technologies series published by Springer, with Prof. Jan Barciszewski serving as editor from the very beginning (https://www.springer.com/series/8619). To date, 15 books in the series have been published, co-edited by Volker A. Erdmann, Stefan Jurga, Nikolaus Rajewsky, and Wojciech T. Markiewicz. In 2024, the series recorded an impressive number of downloads, driven primarily by interest in the volume RNA Structure and Function, edited by Prof. Jan Barciszewski and released in 2023. Since its publication, the volume has achieved a record-breaking 30,000 views. It highlights the latest discoveries in RNA structure and function, the role of RNA in fundamental biological and pathological processes, and innovative applications of RNA-based technologies.
